    sorry to hear about camera ,i was not the rom porter , may be you can fix camera use s5 camera app ,push it to root/system/apps/ overwrite existing camera app and change permissions ,it may work ,,, (don't forget to back up camera )

    Another thing that many mtk6577 wvga phones have got 4.2.2 JB roms
    Can't you port one of them into A89?

    they have support from manufactures ,, micromax do not give any support, we tried a lot send lot of mails to release kernal ,source codes for making jb kernel they didn't do anything ,,, without their sources updates are impossible ,, a89 has the power to run jb like a110 but we are helpless ,,
